About Us
Men’s Equality Network is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing gender equality by addressing the (often ignored) challenges faced by men in our society. We believe that true equality will never allow for discrimination against men. Our mission is to provide resources, advocacy, and community support for men affected by gender-based discrimination.
Our first mission is putting an end to gender-based Selective Service Registration once and for all. The time is now to get rid of outdated systems that have targeted and harmed men in this country. We are here to challenge stereotypes, promote understanding, and create real change. Join us in our movement toward true gender equality.
What We Do
Challenging the System
We are on a mission to address gender-based discrimination affecting men in the United States, and eventually hope to address those same issues in other countries. We strongly believe that policies, laws, and public opinion needs lots of work. We strive to create positive change and combat the current double-standards and stigma directed towards men.
Educational Resources and Social Media
Our team is working towards a compilation of research in order to provide free and publicly available education to all. Misinformation (and lack of information) has shown to be incredibly harmful in recent years. If you would like to help us share our message and education online, please contact us. We need all the help we can get.
Community Support and Networking
(Coming soon) We are preparing official groups on social media for men to speak up about their experiences, connect with men and other supporters of the movement, as well as to learn methods to combat the discrimination of men.
